High-definition Direct-to-Film (HD DTF) transfers are custom full-color digital designs printed onto a specialized carrier film using high-resolution inkjet technology, then coated with powder adhesive and heat-pressed onto garments

How HD DTF Transfers Work
• No Weeding Required: Unlike traditional vinyl, you do not need to cut or weed away excess material around the design.
• Fabric Versatility: They adhere cleanly to 100% cotton, polyester, poly-blends, leather, and dark or light fabrics.
• High Detail & Durability: They reproduce photographic gradients, fine lines, and tiny text (often down to 3 pixels or 300 DPI) and typically withstand 50 to 75 washes without cracking or fading.
• Application Process: Press using a standard heat press at roughly 300°F–325°F for 10 to 15 seconds (depending on the garment and manufacturer instructions), followed by peeling the film
