🔄 Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products (DTF Transfers, Screen Printing, Embroidery, and Custom Apparel), all sales are final. We do not accept returns on custom items unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

✅ Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item or design.

• The item was damaged during shipping.

• There is a printing defect or production error that is our fault.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing or color choices made by the customer

• Changes to artwork after approval

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper washing

• Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

📦 Shipping for Returns

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if needed). Shipping costs for returns due to our error will be covered by us.

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.
